As a former student and current parent of MVCA I must say that this school is just awesome. They focus on the spiritual as well as the educational side, teaching from a CHRISTIAN worldview. They currently offer not only traditional classes, but online classes as well. Dual enrollment is offered online, as well as competitive sports through the Southern Christian Athletic Association which includes school from Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. The staff are great, The administration and school board are only concerned about what is best for the students. Former students from this school include business owners, law enforcement, many certified and mastered teachers, military participants, wonderful parents, and even pastors~! To say that you should consider your priorities when considering this school is the understatement of the century. Especially if you priority is to have Godly children who are successful not only in this life, but eternal life as well.

I have just been introduced to this website as I am a fairly new teacher. I was surprised to learn that a past student (almost 4 years ago) was unhappy with the school in any way. Last year we had many students to recieve college scholarships. We have a tremendous school & I am proud to work here. I love the people I work with- there is such camaraderie! My students & I communicate well and share learning together. The administration is fully supportive of both faculty & teachers. We have so much to offer and I am thankful to have a job that I love. God has blessed us so much, and we look forward to being able to bless the children who are not yet enrolled as well as those presently attending.

This is an awesome school! The focus, while extra curricular activites are present, focuses on the spiritual as well as the educational aspects of my child. They have great teachers and a wonderful parent/teacher family.

I cant believe what these past students have written! This is a great school. The staff are certified, as they must be with accreditation, and they love sports!

At Mt. View Christian Academy the people are great and the atmosphere is very spiritual. Although the advantage of the spiritual atmosphere, the educational and social aspects do not meet a satisfactory standard in my opinion. I believe it's the responsibility of the parents to meet both the spiritual and educational needs of their children.Mountain View, although very genuine and deserving of respect can not realistically provide the standard of excellency in education that students need and deserve. I love Mt. View and all the students and staff, but I cannot say much about the quality of the academic programs nor the necessry level of staff education. As far as extracurricular activities, they do the best they can do, which I say respectfully, isn't much. When considering Mt. View as an optional school ,one must look seriously at their priorities and decide what is best for their child at that time.

I went to Mtn View for 14 years from the time I was 6 months old. I knew everyone there and we were all like family. I love the school, however after sixth grade, they aren't adequately equipped to handle high school students. The classes aren't big enough to hire teachers so they have to double some teachers up. The students suffer from this. I am glad I will no longer go to school there because I can go to a school that can offer what a high school needs and deserves.
