Our second child will be graduating from Pickens Academy in 2013 when my husband and registered him for the upcoming school year this was the 23rd year we have registered a child at PA. There are 10 years difference in our children. We feel that we are so fortunate to have been able to send our children to Pickens Academy but sometimes you have to give up things like new cars, motorcycles, and boats to be able to afford a quality education for yor children. My husband and I certainly feel that both of our children have received a quality education. Pickens Academy has a very family centered environment and a strong christian atmosphere. There is always a open door policy which is shared by the headmaster, teaching staff and our elected board. All families, teachers , coaches, support staff and students work were very hard together for what is best for Pickens Academy. Also you always feel welcome by everyone. So if you are looking for quality education for your children please condsider Pickens Academy you will not be sorry.

Pickens Academy is a school like no other I have ever been in contact with. The parents, children, teachers, and families work together for the good of continuing education and to improve the community! From the classroom to the field, you can see class and true sportsmanship displayed. Great job PA and keep up the good work!

Pickens Academy is a very close Christian family orented school, with parental involvement at its best. The PTO, Atheletics Boosters, Band Boosters and all other organizations are led by caring concerned indiviuals who want the best for their children.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
