Some afternoons are shorter while others are longer. It just depends on how my children are handling the current unit. Most days though, homework is done within an hour after school and I feel that's an acceptable amount of time.

There have been numerous projects involving the children that focus on a variety of charities/organizations. Also, the students are expected to include those with special needs.

The school pledge addresses these very issues and the students say it every morning during announcements. They are expected to live up to this standard.
