My only complaint is that I wish there were art, music, and foreign language teachers!

I have 3 children that attend Hayden schools.2 are in gifted programs.1child graduated-1 attended the elem, jr. high &now high school. 3rd has attended the primary & elem school. I can say that the Primary, Jr. High &High Schools are good schools with great staff-mostly-As anywhere, there are exceptions. The Elem school may not be for regular people unless you are in. Some staff won't give you the time of day. if you are not in -your child could be overlooked & ignored. I have spoken with several parents about this issue & many outsiders agree that the elem principal is impossible to get in touch with & she is unfriendly &gives off a attitude. Observing, she doesn't seem to like kids or respect teachers or parents -except the ins - In 4 years and 2 kids there, I have never been able to speak to her -someone intercepts.

This school is fine if you have a neuro typical child. I would like to see improvement in the special education department.

I love this school systeim!!!! If you are ever in question about the quality of education or the committment of the teachers at hayden elementary you shouldn't be. This school system really encourages parental involvement in the school system and in the daily activities of the students. I am thoroughly impressed. I'm in this part of town strictly for the schools.

Hayden elementary is a great place to work. The principal is hard-working and very fair. I know the students love it too.

My child has been in this school system since k-5 and she and I love it. Its a great school with many opportunities for all the students. My child is in the gifted program and it is also wonderful. I see my children graduating from this school.
