In respose to the above review: there are ap classes at headland high. Those who attend AP classes are candidates for the honor society and are considered honor students. Many classes they offer like forensic science, auto mechanics as well as health occupations which offers a hands on experience at local hospitals and doctors offices, do in fact challenge the students who are college bound. I attended Headland High School and I personnaly don't consider it as average. A majority of proffessionals in and around our area attended Headland High School. Thanks
Headland is a very average school. Not bad for the average child. There are no AP classes. There are very few challenging classes for college bound students. The administration depends on ACCESS web-based classes for electives.
