Overall, It is a good school. But, It lacks in certain fields and need improvement in standards with making the School Codes a little more clearer. I'd be nice If more technology was involved around the activities and more tactile methods of learning.
The school is only average at best. They only concentrate on sports and teachers children. They seriously need guidance on how to pick teachers. You don't have to know how to teach just be kin to someone.
Hokes Bluff is a great place to live and go to school. The teachers are awesome and the athletics are incredible. 7 state championships in the past 7 school years. Football in 2001, Baseball in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, & 2008. No other school in the state has anything like that! Put that with a community that loves their school and you have one of the best possible places to be! Go Eagles!
Hokes Bluff is an excellent school with friendly smart teachers and an excellent athletic program that has earned five state titles in the past five years for baseball along with advancing to the state playoffs in girls basketball last year and to sub-state this year in volleyball. The student to faculty ratio is average but the school as a whole is relativly small.
