The front office and leadership team of Riverchase Elementary need a lesson in customer service as well as compassion. This school lacks the warm fuzzy feeling a quality elementary school should have. The standards for each grade seem low compared to other elementary schools across the country even though they meet or exceed Alabama standards.
Very happy we decided to start our son at Riverchase. This was our first experience in the public school system and I'm more than pleased. Great principal and asst. principal. On many occasions when I volunteered in my sons class they were also involved in the activities. I loved that my son has so many adults that care about his education and his well being. This school exceeded my expectations.
I'm so pleased with Riverchase. The teachers are wonderful. My son has exceeded my expectations and thrived at this wonderful school. There is a lot of parent involvement and I'm sure this has a lot to do with the schools success. I would highly recommend the school and surrounding neighborhoods. Wonderful area and I look forward to many years as an active parent in the Hoover School System.
I'm prejudiced - I work here! The faculty is very student oriented, high quality and a great community in and of itself. The students are great and never cease to amaze! The parents here are our best assets and advocates. AND it's beautiful! I believe this is one of the best possible schools around!
I love the teachers and the adminstration! Everyone goes above and beyond. I could not ask for a better school to send my children.
Riverchase has wonderful students, parents, teachers, and faculty!!! We all work together everyday to meet the learning needs of each student.
I love this school because it is filled with adults who love children and are willing to invest themselves in being the best they can be for the children. The students and parents are wonderful to work alongside.
The Principal and the faculity truly care about every child. They believe every child should be the best they can be and they remind them everyday. They encourage every parent to be involved with their child's education.

An excellent school with a very good principle who knows how to keep discipline.Teachers are very devoted,environment is very good.My daughter loved it here .We miss this school.
