My granddaughter is enrolled at UCCA. After attending 4 years in the public school system and one year in a school for children with special needs, enrolling her in this school has been the best academic decision my daughter has ever made for her child. My granddaughter was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD at a very early age. The public school she attended could not accommodate her special needs. She was constantly teased and bullied. Since attending UCCA, she has been able to receive one-on-one attention when needed without being singled out as a "dummy". She has become more outgoing, made friends, and participated in sports. Most importantly, she is learning about being a good christian, learning to study the bible, and respect for herself and others. We are fervently praying that UCCA will become a PK-12 school by the time she reaches 7th grade.
