The principal lacks many skills of that of a quality administrator. Her interactions with the staff/parents/kids leave a lot to be desired. It could be a better school if it had better leadership. There is a great deal of potential with the right leader. The teachers may be tough but one can only imagine what they deal with daily from kids lacking an advantage due to socioeconomic factors.
very professional, motivating, and well prepared faculty. needs more parental influence.
Parent's are not involved as much as they should be. Also teachers fail to keep the parent's involved in the class. I recall a time when there was a problem the parent was informed immediately. No parent wanted to be called at work due to a unruly child. not enough teachers.
