I have sent my two children to this school and have learned to LOVE it. Not only do the teachers, but the lunch room staff and the high school office staff, strive to make your children feel like one of their own. I had two other choices of where to send my children and I am so thankful that I chose Lynn High School.

Academics are emphasized as teachers and administrators strive to teach to all learning styles. Athletics are also an important dynamic of the school and community and help students to learn the importance of hard work and dedication.

This school is nice, and as a student there i loved it. Everyone has such pride in the school. However, there is one major downfall to Lynn High and that is the emphasis on sports rather than academics. Lynn fails to prepare students for higher education. Most students that come out of Lynn have to take remedial courses in college.

I'm pleased to see the 4th generation of my family going to school at Lynn High School. In those years we have had lawyers, teachers, business owners, and a phd or two come from this small but school in the hills of North Alabama. The school has one of the nicest campuses in the state for it's size. Our students are some of the most out going well rounded you'll find. A large percentage of the teachers went to school at Lynn and have a deep pride in the school and the area. If you have a child that you want to place in a school system that has a Beta Club thats active, a place for them to play sports, were the teachers work for all the students who come to learn and a place that you and and your child will grow to love, come to Lynn.
