really, its an okay school, the principle is GREAT. the staff is AMAZING. Its just the STUDENTS. i believe the 6th grade is the only grade who seems like they have home training and a good environmental brain. they make this school a joy to come to. 7th graders are just a little to grown there always picking on the 6th graders. 8th graders don't give that much of a problem either its just they are READY to get out of middle school and get to high school. but by far its still a good school and the only thing i would recommend is get these children in check. And i see that Mr. Sanderson is trying his best
Pillans needs to emprove, The teachers throwes students out of the class and they walk around the school, The front desk personal is rude . The princable (Mr. Sanderson) needs to take control over his staff and students.
Pillians is a good middle school compared to many Public Schools in Mobile. All four of my kids attended Pillians including their father. My oldest son was a student in 1988, and the baby graduated from eight grades in 2007. I was very pleased with staff and teachers at Pillians.
