Calloway-Smith Middle School actually got off to a slow start in the 2004-2005 school year, due to some disciplinary problems and staff changes. Dr. Dodge sent in a heavy administrator with success under her hat, Dr. D.H.Robinson. Robinson, enlisted the help of all her instructors, administrators, staff, colleges and the infusion of the Parenting Coordinators Office, headed by E.G. Scott. Scott in turn enlisted the help of Dr.Yvonne Kennedy, Pres. Bishop State. Scott and enlisted a returning native after 20 years from Texas. She is a certified teacher, retired IRS Agent and daughter of a veteran administrator Edwin Foster. Ms. Tilda Foster, could see the principals vision, designed the school safety plan and volunteered over 1000 hours teaching and tutoring.
