We just moved our student to Monroe county high this year and have been very pleased with the academics with the AP classes and with how well he is fitting in. The teachers/staff are doing a great job.

I have had four children to attend MCHS and I have nothing but praise for the principal, Mr. Larry Turner and his staff. He takes the time out to talk to you as a parent. He walks up and down the hall and attend all sporting events. What really amazes me is the fact that he knows each student by name and usually recognize all parent if not by face or name by child. The teachers will call you up personally and talk to you not only about your child downfalls but also about success. The band director Mr. Berry as well as the football staff does an outstanding job with the students. MCHS is my alma mater and is a great school to attend. Three of my four children have went on to pursue an higher education and all of this is in part because of MCHS. Thanks You Staff
