If you didn't have a large family before, you do now. Trailside is an extended family that loves and cares about everyone. Trailside is a home away from home. The staff is awesome, the parents are supportive and our principal is very attentive! In sum, TRAILSIDE ROCKS!

We have the most incredible families in Anchorage! Our school has the greatest reputation for family involvement and for academic success. Everyone in the community feels welcome and there are numerous extra curricular opportunities for students to participate in.

Trailside is the most family orientated school my child has ever attended. The staff truly cares about the kids. The best thing my child learned is a love for reading.

Caring teachers who still try hard to make school fun for the kids while getting them to learn something too.

My youngest son started Kindergarten at Trailside the year it opened and my oldest son attended 6th grade that year. I had never nor have I since felt so welcome at a school. The sense of community and devotion to the children and families was obvious. I miss being at Trailside to this date but have maintained relationships built during a time at that school.

I have had four children enter that school to date. My oldest son is now in 8th grade and my 3 younger sons are still attending trailside. I love this school because the teachers and staff are excellent. They do everything they can to help the student. I have excellent parent/teacher relationships with my children's teachers. They do an excellent job keeping in touch and letting me know of any concerns or happenings at school. As a working mom I appreciate that immensely.

Trailside is awesome!! The people, the climate, the view, I could go on and on. I feel very welcome and loved at Trailside! The kids here are smart, funny, and respectful. The teachers and support staff are amazing and selfless. The parents are supportive and helpful. I wouldn't want to be anyplace else!
