English Language Learner program details The English Language Acquisition Department provides program services which meet state and federal guidelines that support English Language Learners (ELLs) within our program models. Parent involvement details Anthem School welcomes parents to be engaged in their child's education. We host many family events throughout the school year, encourage volunteerism, have an active PTA and communicate regularly to keep parents informed. We utilize our website, email, fliers, electronic marquee and auto phone messaging system to communicate with parents on a regular basis.
Approach to addressing and preventing bullying Anthem School is a leader in addressing and preventing bullying. We have adopted the Olweus anti-bullying program. Our staff hold weekly classroom meetings, which has been effective at educating and empowering our students to prevent bullying, stand up to bullies, and report bullying.
