This is a great school.I attended after going to Boulder Creek and Career Success is definitely the better school. They have much better teaching methods and all of the administration and teachers care about every student and their goals. They see you and value you as a person and that truly meant alot to me..I was a 6-digit number to Boulder Creek not a person. The other great thing about Career Success is your fellow schoolmates. There aren't really any cliques there and if there are there is not any confrontation between them, its sort of a family structure with the other kids, we help each other out and care about each other. There is honestly almost no drug or violence issues at Career Success, this is due to mandatory person and vehicle searches and maintenance of diplomacy between students. Way less problems than Boulder!

It has been two years since my son graduated from Career Success and if it wasn't for the expierence he recieved in this school he would not have been able to succeed. I count my blessings for him having gone to this school. Without a high school diploma I fear he would have been a drop out and a burden on society. Instead he is being successful. I am forever grateful to the principal and her devoted staff that had the knowledge and the ability to help him. I rate this school very high. I give it 5 stars.

My son struggled in traditional school. He needed more one on one assistance. Career Success classrooms are small and teachers are more available. My son said many times that he felt his school was like a family atmosphere. Career Success made the difference in my sons ability to graduate. My son is now attending college.

My daughter has attended 10th & 11th grade so far at the Cave Creek campus. I have to say that this school has teachers who care and a principal who cares about the well being and success of the students if they put forth effort. This is probably considered more of a continuation school. I have seen improvements in my daughter s grades. The teachers and principal have taken an interest in my daughter with after school programs and making us aware of how she is progressing in school. I have to give the principal alot of credit-she continues to take charge and takes her school very serious. I give her alot of credit with some of the students that she has to put up with. She knows each child by name and that isn't common for most schools. Overall we are very pleased.

My child has been going there for 2 years and I think the results are much higher then the results I saw at cactus shadows. the public school in the district.

There are no progress reports, no insurance that a student remains on campus and you are never told, unless asked, how the school teaches the students i.e. blackboard or computer or why doesn't he/she have any homework ever so on.
