This school is outstanding! The director, teachers and assistants are amazing. They truly care for each other and the children. My daughter started when she was two years old in the toddler room. My husband and I immediately noticed a jump in her development in all areas. She is now a very independent 2 1/2 year old! Even potty training has been a success! I'm so excited to have found this school and can't wait to see her development over the next few years at Dynamite!

This is an outstanding institution and credentialed Montessori school. Ms. Paula, the director of the school is a professional and resiliant educator, and puts safety of the children first. She is firm, loving, and a true leader who embodies the Montesorri principles. She expects excellence from the children, and nurtures each students individual needs with care, compassion, and ease. She treats parents with respect and understanding and is readily available for discussion. Ms. Paula and staff do an outstanding job keeping us abreast of current events, activities, and updates via email, as well as verbally. The students excel both academically as well as socially, and there is no tolerance for bullying. When disagreements among students arise, they are are addressed immediately and with diplomacy. The staff are solid, reliable, loving, and show genuine care for the students. The language/arts, sports, and animal programs are outstanding. The school garden provides a tranquil area where the children grow vegetables and herbs. On field trips and social events, Dynamite Montessori children are always well received complemented on there social graces and good manners. Thank you DM!

My son has attended Dynamite Montessori for six years since he began at the age of 3. He has been given the best foundation for life that I could ever ask for. The staff has always operated in a superior academic manner as well as having a genuine and loving nature. We have come to feel as if they are our own family. Dynamite Montessori provided Ethan with skills for life such as very clear communication with teachers and fellow students, excellent reading and math comprehension and everyday skills such as cleaning, animal care and proper manners. He is walking proof of the montessori method and we get compliments all the time on his exemplary nature. I have and will always give due credit to this school, the staff and their fine works. Thank you all so much for giving him true life skills he will have forever. Sara Skinner style with teachers and fellow students

My daughter has been going Dynamite Montessori for over 5 months now. She was going to Goddard in Cave Creek prior to this school. My wife and I were worried about the transition and that she wouldn't be used to this school. After a day of being here, she had already forgot about her old school. Whenever I ask her which school she prefers, her answer is always Dynamite Montessori. She absolutely LOVES this school. The teachers are caring and friendly and they deeply care about educating the kids. The owner is there first thing int he morning when I drop my kids off at 7:30 and she's still there at 5:00 when I pick my kids up. She's always around the school engaging with the kids and available to chat whenever we need to. The ownership of this school is outstanding. I cannot recommend this school enough to other parents. My wife and I are so grateful for our kids to go to school here. A defintie 5 star school.

I have 2 children at Dynamite who started in the Primary classes and are now in the lower elementary school. Quite simply, I could not be happier with their teachers and the school community. We live in Anthem and nothing here even comes close to comparing to the education, guidance & support that they receive at Dynamite. Earlier this year, we tried a local charter school b/c it was a lot closer to us, said it was a Montessori school & b\c it was free. We learned several valuable lessons through this experience. My son's "sparkle in his eye," his confidence, self-worth and his desire for learning were rapidly diminishing at the other school. My daughter's 1st grade class was so "dumbed down" at the other school that it was insulting to how much she had already achieved at Dynamite. Through giving each child responsibility for him/her self, Dynamite is able to push each child at their own rate and to have each child raise their own expectations of him/her self. Dynamite Montessori is more than a school, it is our community and our family and we trust them with our children. To me, there is no greater compliment that a school could ever receive. My family loves Dynamite!

This school is amazing! My grandson started in preschool and is now in 3rd grade. One of the greatest gifts of Montessori style teaching is, it gives the child a love for learning. He actually looks forward to each new day! Each child is given special attention to help find their passion. They offer an extensive curriculum ranging from tennis, Spanish, Science, Arts such as Culinary, Animal husbandry, gardening, and life skills that you do not get at the public school. i highly recommend this extraordinary school. Oh by the way, my grandson also learned to play chess in Kindergarten!

My son goes to the toddler program. Both my son and i love the school. They provide a perfect caring and thriving environment for my son. The teachers in the toddler class are very caring and provide proper intellectual stimulation. My son is almost potty-trained, thanks to the teachers. I often discuss my son's progress and the teacher is more than happy to provide valuable input. The Director provides ample opportunity for parent involvement, if the parent chooses to participate. I am very happy with my son's progress and highly recommend this school.

My grandson attends Dynamite Montessori and I truly enjoy visiting his class when I can. The teachers are personable and treat each child with kindness and understanding of that child's needs. When ever I walk into a classroom it always amazes me to see the kids working independently and with smiles on their faces. My oldest grandson graduated from Dynamite Montessori last year and he is excelling in his new environment, thanks to his experiences at Dynamite Montessori.. I believe Dynamite Montessori is an extraordinary school, with an exceptional staff and I appreciate and trust them with my grandchildren's education.

We became part of the Dynamite family in 2007, when our oldest started the toddler program. She thrived in the Montessori environment, she stayed through the primary program and transitioned very well in first grade. She has continued to come for the summer Spanish immersion program and continues to feel like home at this school. There was no doubt that our youngest daughter would start the toddler program when she was ready. She has been in the program since August and also feels at home here, we adore the toddler directress. When you observe this class there is a perfect balance of learning, practical life skills, outdoor play and comfort. One of my favorite things is the way they form a very close community, sitting down together to have their meals, preparing food together and helping one another. I would without hesitation recommend Dynamite Montessori.

My son attended Dynamite Montessori and completed the 3 year program in the primary. The guide he had was one of the best I have ever known. I noticed she had a wonderful way while interacting with the children and the result was that my son learned the concepts taught very easily. Parents please remember, Montessori is for every child but not necessarily for every parent. In Montessori, the "teacher" is the guide and follows the child's interests, while in traditional schools it is dictated what the child will learn and done so on the school districts time table, NOT the childs. As far as "excessive time off" as the post below reads, Dynamite adheres to the Cave Creek district calendar. They do however offer before and after care for working parents and are more than accommodating when special situations arise with parents needing earlier or later care. As far as the director, she is professional, truly cares about the children, and is always ready to listen to the needs or concerns of parents. I would strongly recommend this school; to friends and family. Education is the greatest gift we can give our children and at Dynamite Montessori a child will no doubt receive this gift!

I am a former student of dynamite montessori and I am now a college student. When I went to Dynamite Montessori we had a very small class where education was individualized for each of us. I was very into research and the teacher at Dynamite Montessori was very encouraging of this. When I went to public school I was very prepared and I enjoyed honors classes till I graduated from High School. I accredit my success and my college scholarship to the methods I learned in Dynamite Montessori. A very good start for children who want to continue on successfully in school.

We love this school! My son has been going here for 4 1/2 years. He started in the toddler program, completed the three year primary cycle and is now in elementary. He excels academically and loves to learn. The school fosters independence and guides each child through lessons in an individual and caring and often fun way. There was no hesitation to start my two year old daughter in the toddler program in the beginning of the year. She is now learning in this wonderful, loving environment and has already amazed us by what she can do. As a working mom, I feel good each morning when I drop my children at this school and know they will be taught by caring, intelligent teachers who take pride in their students excelling. The school has amazing and responsive leadership. We are so pleased to be part of this wonderful school community.

I enrolled my 2-year-old with big expectations about this place, I read all the reviews online and it looked like the perfect school. I went there, talked to the teacher and the director and they both are fine women, BUT my child hated it. He had already been in daycare since he was 9 months old, so it wasn t that he wasn t used to the setting but he would CRY incessantly every single day, I thought of giving them at least three months before pulling the plug but things never got better. The teacher was very dismissive of my child, I don t have complains about their academic content, but I m talking about a two year old, not an adult, he was treated in a cold way, and if you re a working parent like me you may get what I mean when I say that I want a school where my child is not only taught but also loved, hugged when necessary, taken care like you would do it as a parent or as a grandparent. The other thing I didn t like was their excessive time off, if you re enrolling your child, make sure you check their calendar so you re comfortable with all of the days off they take. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.

My 4 yr. old grand-daughter went to this school. The environment is very comforting to be around and the staff is awesome in fostering such a sense of community and belonging. We are very happy to have been a part of it.

My daughter just completed 3 years at Dynamite. The environment allows her to work her interests, and the program has her doing research that is typically seen in junior high. Our time at Dynamite is over but her results are awesome. She tested at a 6th grade level for math at the end of her 3rd grade. The Spanish program at Dynamite gave her the confidence to test and be accepted into the CCUSD spanish immersion program.

My 3 year old daughter has been going this school since August 2010 and it has been a wonderful experience for all of us. I initially did a little bit of reading about all Montessori schools available in Phoenix area and met teachers of around 5 montessories. Out of all I found excellent confidence and enthusiasm is all the teachers of Dynamite Montessori school. Especially after I met Toddlers class teacher , I felt so relieved as I found what I was searching for. Complete staff of the school are very co-operative. School had agreed for special needs for my kid.

Dynamite Montessori is a great investment for our little girl. She has been attending this school since she was 2.5 years old in Ms Megan's class. Her first year in school she thoroughly enjoyed and Ms. Megan instilled her love of going to school. She was even potty trained in this school. She is now attending her third year with Ms Leda and Ms Tina and she loves both of these teachers. My daughter loves to read ( started when she was close to 5) loves to count her numbers, knows how to add and subtract 4 digit numbers and loves to create, draw, color. She also loves the opportunity to do gardening and greet the many animals in the school ( rabbits, sheep, goats, donkey, guinea pigs)

Being the parent of a 5 and a 3 year old child in this school I have only good things to say about it. The staff, which we like to call our extended family, is very professional and show great interest in the overall well being of the children (both academically and at a personal level). Having lived in the East Coast prior to moving to Arizona, I think this school equals and exceeds the academic level of those institutions. The school is located in a beautiful area north of Phoenix, which hardly looks like part of the city. Our kids love the interaction they have with nature on a daily basis; learning becomes more of an adventure every day. I absolutely recommend this school without reserve.

My son is about to turn 4 and has been attending this school for just under a year. In that time he has learned to write his letters and numbers, recognize and name each of the 50 states, and do some basic math too! All before even being old enough for kindergarden. I am proud of my boy and thrilled with the teaching at Dynamite Montessori.
