Application/ enrollment process details The Open Enrollment period for 2016-17 will continue through Dec.r 16, 2015. Only applications completed during the Open Enrollment period are included within the lottery pool. The Open Enrollment lottery for all BASIS Charter schools (AZ & TX) will be held in January 2016 (exact date TBD) Submit a separate application for each school and each child applying to a BASIS school. You will only be eligible to apply for the schools that offer the grade level to which you are applying.
