In this educational institution I notice that quality just is not there, in any of the great school criteria listed below.

I have two children at Del Rio and they have been there since pre-K and now in 4th grade they excel and enjoy attending school. The staff and teachers are amazing! Top notch!

Del Rio is a wonderful school. My daughter is in first grade and had a wonderful kindergarden teacher and now 1st grade teacher. The teachers have been very upfront with us on what our daughter needs to improve on and also telling us what things that she has excelled on. She loves going to this school and we love taking her.

All three of my children attended Del Rio. The teachers are excellent, the grounds are beautiful (school gardern, landscape projects that students help design), and the leadership is exceptional. The academics are standards driven, so that the Arizona AIMS score are above average.

Wow! The only other parent comment was from one angry parent. That really is not what Del Rio is all about. All 4 of my kids went there, and then to the middle school. One is in high school now. I have been thrilled at the high level of education at all of the schools in Chino Valley. I am not familiar with Territorial Elementary, since my children did not attend that school. The principal at Del Rio is outstanding in every way. I know the teachers respect and like working for him. He is knowledgeable, kind, involved, and hardworking. He is the kind of principal you want your school district to hire. The secretarial staff is so friendly, and hardworking. Teachers are fabulous. It is an A+, and a National Blue Ribbon school. What is there not to like about Del Rio? I would highly recommend Del Rio to any parent of a child in Chino Valley. If not happy, then move your child to another school, or homeschool them. We should feel lucky to have such a great school in such a small community.
