This school has doen wonderful things for my son. Ms Maryann and Ms Diane have offered him the one-on-one teaching he has needed to excel where he previously was struggling. My son has made wonderful friends and the culture is a very peacful and respectful one. I only wish he could continue on into High School with CCE!

Very progressive and the kids are able to move about in a positive environment. The integration of the different grades is perfect for learning from one another.

The school environment is progressive and respects each individual's educational needs. Plenty of one-on-one teaching. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and look forward to helping your child learn.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Arizona used the Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) to test students in reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8 and 10, writing in grades 5, 6, 7, and 10, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 10. AIMS is a standards-based test, which means that it measures how well students have mastered Arizona learning standards. Students must pass the grade 10 AIMS in order to graduate. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed state standards on the test.
