As a parent, I see my kids enjoying going to school. They report a low school tolerance for bullying behavior; seems like kids are encouraged to find their niche. Academics seem stronger to me than the test scores indicate. Have a kid in band, and that program is very cohesive and challenging. I am very pleased with this school.

The quality of this school is understated in the surrounding community. Coconino HS offers the most scholastic and extracurricular opportunities for students in Flagstaff---whether it's rigorous academics in the advanced science/engineering CIT magnet program, a competitive varsity athletics program,or the only high school robotics team in Flagstaff, this school's diversity and size allow any student to find their 'niche.'

I think this school is great. My child has just joined the student body as a freshman this year and says she loves it. The environment she's in is great and I hear no complaints. This school is one of the best schools in Flagstaff.

Coconino shows great leadership and allows the upper class men to show the under class men around the school on there first day

I think that Coconino High school will have these kinds of standards if the school board takes away our electeves and raise money on sports prices for both boys and girls. If they do, there will be all kinds of drop-outs. So since the school board made this budget problem happen, they should fix it thereselves and not take it out on the students. So please dont do this to our school.
