I attended this school when I was younger. I flourished w/ the help of the programs put in place as well as the teachers, staff & principal himself. I expressed what I wanted to learn more of. They came up with acitivities so I was not only learning the basics but exploring options for my future. They said, 'One day you are going to be a writer', and here I am today with a writing career- I credit them. If you are looking for a school that will offer your child tons of career options in a fulfilling and fun way starting young, and a school that has staff who are very active and caring within the education during the day, I would definitely suggest trying out this school. You won't regret it!

My daughter attended Patterson for her kindergarten year and will be returning for the rest of her elementary school experience. We live in another town and are more than happy to make the 20 min. drive there and back everyday. The principal~there are not enough kind words to describe this man. He knows all children by name, he even remembers their birthdays and has lunch visits with "star" of the week students. The teachers are more than amazing. There are simply not enough words in the English language for me to describe the joy and love there. My son will also attend this school when he is old enough. Best elementary school in the entire state.

Patterson is Awesome! I have had five children attend Patterson since 1992. Amazing teachers, phenomenal principal and friendly staff. Are oldest daughter is going to be a student teacher next year to finish her ASU degree - she is hoping to be at Patterson for that experience. ALP program is wonderful, with dedicated staff. The Principal, Mr 'C' is the most hands on Principal I have ever seen. He knows each child by name..knows their interests etc. His staff is caring and personal. Mnay of them have been teachers at Patterson for 20+ years. Every student is challenged and well taken care of. By far the best school I have ever had the pleasure dealing with!

It is more like a family than a school. The environment is one of compassion, caring and striving to be the best.

Patterson School has always been a great learning experience for my grandson.

Patterson is a great school because, in the middle of the city, it still has the community feel of a small town school. The principal is terrific and the teachers and staff are superb. We love Patterson!

I have been a member of the Patterson Community for over 11 years, and I love the way my family feels a part of the 'Patterson' family! The staff is incredible at helping and challenging my children, and it is done with such caring and compassion. The Principal is FANTASTIC and does a wonderful job! There is no better school in the Gilbert District or in the whole state for that matter!

Patterson has been a part of our family for 18 years. Teaching is done with guidance, motivation and individuality. Every student is important and their needs our met with teachers challenging them to reach their potential. Their is a great sense of community on campus and you feel it each and every day. Mr. C. sets the example for everyone to exhibit the Six Pillars of Character by doing so himself. Patterson is definitely a school where students realize their dreams can come true!

My daughter found this wonderful school for my Grandkids and I feel it meets all their challenges and fulfills their potential. I also think all the other great activities they sponsor is a good way of making the whole family feel involved. I think Mr. C, the principal, is one in a million and is the Best of the Best. The teachers and staff do a great job. I feel my daugher could not have found a better school for her children.

It is more than an academic school. Patterson gracefully combines reading and writing with social awareness and pride.

Patterson is 'kid' oriented. Patterson teaches traditional American values.

The Principal and the staff are the best. Everyone is dedicated to the education, both academic and social, of all children that attend Patterson.

There aren't enough words to express how incredible Patterson Teachers and Staff are with not just the children, but parents and visitors alike. They are care about not only the children within the school but the environment in which they learn. Mr. 'C' invests himself in every student and ensures that they have a wonderful educational experience. He and his staff for over 20 years have seen that the the children receive the quality education that not only they deserve but one each parent would hope for their child. I couldn't imagine my children attending anywhere else, within the district or the state. Patterson Elementary School is what every school should be.
