I love my job and I love my students. Our middle school team commits to helping every child succeed. We accelerate and modify our lessons based on the students' needs. We are preparing them for the future and working with their families to do so.

I didn't like this school at all, but i have to say the teachers were phonomanal, i went here in 6th grade and the girls were all close friends and i was ostrizided if you want to have a good social enviorment for your children switch to another school.

I am a teacher at the school and very happy to say that there is no other place I'd rather be working. The sense of family is written all over the place! The students, parents, teachers all work together to make West Gilbert the best place it can be! Way to go WG!

I used to go to this school and i went for 6 years. I LOVED that school but, They dont get you ready fro highschool as much as they can. when i switched schools i was going into the 7th grade and it was a school that you pick classes and is the best school in the Higley disrict and when i switched i had the harest time, Because they didnt prepare us enough to grow and expand and get ready fro highschool. I dont recommend it if you dont like your kkid having a hard time and want them to be ready for jr.high or highschool.

I have been a student at west gilbert for a year and now im graduating. The teachers at west gilbert are very strict, but let those they favor pass. Kids will say to parents everything is fine no bullying or anything even to teachers but when your by yourself theres nothing but. Teachers and parents dont understand. If you are getting teased the kids will not say anything thats just asking for more teasing. Just because we are in a charter school doesnt mean we wont get teased all that means is we will get a 'higher' education. And for extracarricular activites they r growing and growing. Now the lunches are disgusting!

The academic programs are adequate to good. I would not consider it excellent. Sports, music, and a few extracurricular activites are available. The level of parent involvement is adequate to good as well

My daughter is in the seventh grade at West Gilbert and she loves it. She is challenged everyday to do her best and excel. The academic program is based on a elevated grade level. The teachers believe in their students and give them the help and tools for them to succeed.
