I have a child who has attended Gilbert Early College (which is part of Leading Edge Academy) for 3 years, at first we loved the school, teachers were so great! That was junior high, then we went into high school...the teachers are not qualified to teach what they are teaching. I went to the principal because the Entire class FAILED a math test 3 different times, the response was...The teacher will re-give the test for 1/2 credit. How is it the students fault if the entire class fails? I was told this school was an advanced school, and my child is now having to catch up to a public school! Very unhappy!!

very unhappy and left school.child was left to fail with no intervention.Mrs Smith is only teacher that seemed to care. The others attitude is sink or swim, your on your own.Principal is very nice but that doesnt help struggling kids...unless your kid is well above average in school avoid this one for they do not have time to help them succeed

Our Grandchildren all attend Leading Edge and have for 4+ years. They all have commented on how much they like the school and the teachers. They are all progressing extremely well in their studies and in their social skills. The three oldest are active in the sports programs and are gaining physical skills and confidence eveery day. The Staff is remarkable and dedicated to the well-being of the students. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants their children to receive a first rate education in all facets of life.
