My two grandsons have been in Eagle Academy about 5 weeks now, they say its boring, that the teachers let the class sit an talk an just mess around in class for hours at a time, the teachers have no activities planned ahead, there is no leadership, no extracurricular activities. How can they learn when they are in school? Maybe my grandsons are comparing this school to there old school and things are diffrent at Eagle ? But, education is very important at this age. And I do want the best for these kids. And for all the children in the area.

this was a good school two years ago before they got the new principle and her asst. the coach and the asst. run the school.there is no playground for the kids which they have promised for the last two years.this school is a poor school and they need to care more about the kids than money.

My child has been to this school for several years now. I keep hoping it will get better. This past year was the worst. Still no playground equipment! A new teacher trying to 'keep it in the classroom' and not involve the parents. I don't feel my child got the teaching they needed. I don't feel they handled the bully situations correctly. This was the icing on the cake and I am very disappointed and will try a new school this year.

I am the parent of two children in this school and I also am on the staff as an assistant in this school. The majority of teachers are uncertified to teach the areas they teach and the adminstration is under staffed to handle the issues that are facing thhis school. Many of the students in this school do not get the help they need to suceed and the teachers are lacking materials needed to teach standards.
