I am a new 5th grade Student at Nautilus this year and I wasn't to happy when I got the news I was swiching schools. I love it here! I think the rules are very reasonable and it's Staff is awesome. We have this way of walking in the halls or anywhere we go and it is called SRR. (Safe, Responsible, Respectful) Any where we go we walk SRR. Our school, Nautilus Elementary has excellent disipline and we have originality of our own! Nautilus Elementary school rocks!!!

All 3 of my children have been at this school and I have never had a problem with any teachers until now.I think that when a student is doing poorly and then improves that child should be told how proud you are of them not tell them as was done in this case its not good enough I personally think thats wrong and since this happened my childs work has continued to fall further and further behind and she no longer wants to try anymore she has basically given up.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Arizona used the Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) to test students in reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8 and 10, writing in grades 5, 6, 7, and 10, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 10. AIMS is a standards-based test, which means that it measures how well students have mastered Arizona learning standards. Students must pass the grade 10 AIMS in order to graduate. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed state standards on the test.
