This has been one of the better experiences of my High School years. I am about to graduate after two years here and this school gave me the opportunity to already be ahead in the industry I chose to study. Even though I have realized that I don't want to follow the career that I originally thought I did, I would not have been able to know that without EVIT. I would have wasted hundreds or even thousands on some technical college or another and at the end of it all been in debt without a high paying job. While I can say that the administration is sometimes frustrating, the teachers are amazing at what they specialize in and the small class sizes allow more 1 on 1 help than a lecture hall full of hundreds of students. I would recommend this school to anyone thinking about a specialized career path.

I don't know what the other people are talking about.. I went to EVIT for 11th and 12th grade and I have learned the most there than at any other school I have ever been too! They have some very good teachers and know what they are talking about! Unlike the community colleges they help you learn by working hands on and explaining thuroughly, whereaS at the community colleges you sit in front of a power point and hope you retain all the words! Amazing school!!!

this school is so up and down bout everything, they change the rules and never let the students know. The teachers are great and they do try their best but its the school itself. They are just money hungry and dont care bout their students. In cosmetology for the students that are on the floor half of them dont even get the help they need due to the fact that its one teacher for 35+ students. Please pick another school to go to even if u pay a little bit more money this one is not worth it.

This school has the worst Practical Nursing Program in the state! Only 52% of their graduates pass the NCLEX exam. The Director and Instructor are old-school nurses who believe that their students should not work during the Adult program. How else do you pay the tuition?

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.
