I have had 3 of my four children at Ishikawa. this is our 8th year at this school. It has been an awesome experience. All the teachers my kids have had at Ishikawa have been excellent! The teachers do such a great job at meeting each student at his or her needs which I know is difficult because of the varied learning levels. My kids have always felt happy and safe at this school! We love it! in fact, 3 years ago our family moved out of Ishikawa boundries but I continue to drive them the 5 miles everyday so they can stay at such an awesome school! sincerely, mrs. Epstein

I am so glad that we moved to Ishikawa. It is an EXCEPTIONAL school. The teachers are caring, the principal is involved, the parents are resourceful and the community is supportive. My three children have thrived at Ishikawa. I love the use of technology in the classroom preparing the children for the future. I can't say enough good about Ishikawa Elementary.

My husband and I moved from Gilbert to Mesa because we wanted our children to have a better education. We have not been disappointed in the quality of education that they have received from Ishikawa. The teachers push my children to excel while giving positive re-enforecment. My daughter is so excited about school that she has asked me to continue her education by enrolling her in a writing class for the summer. My son had the opportunity to attend an outdoor school (camp) as part the 5th grade science experience. It was an awesome learning experience. The PTO does a fantastic job of getting the community involved by planning fun events for the entire family.

Currently all three of my children attend Ishikawa. I am VERY grateful for the incredible leadership at Ishikawa from the principal Mrs. Heath on down. I have never seen or been a part of such an organized and well-run school. The community support is tremendous! I feel my children are receiving a superior education and the teachers are able to establish these results while making the experience fun. My kids love to go to school at Ishikawa! Thanks to all who are involved with Ishikawa for blessing our community with you time and talents!!!

I have two grandchildren in Ishikawa. I am delighted that they love school as much as they do!! My youngest (1st grader) is an avid reader and loves to tell me about what he learns. My 3rd grader is in ELP. He knows more than I do at my age!!! They are challenged, rewarded for hard work and taught that learning can be fun. Ishikawa is more than a great school. It is a learning community where children want to be, teachers want to be and grandparents love to be!!

We moved to Mesa when my daughter started second grade, I thought the school we moved from was great until I learned how wonderful Ishikawa is. There is such a strong feeling of family there. All the teachers have encouraged my children to strive for nothing but the best.

I am fortunate enough to have my children attend Ishikawa. We are on an open enrollment (boundary exception) as we think it is an exemplary place of learning. The children are treated with respect and always encouraged to do their personal best. The principal, teachers and staff truly have my children's best interest in mind.
