Run as fast and as far away from this school as possible they disregard parents wishes disregard laws disregard safety of the kids anyone can walk on campus when ever they please the staff wouldn't even notice. If you are involved in any kind of custody or family battle do not send your child to this school they ignored my court papers and did whatever they pleased. Horrible horrible experience I am so happy to be gone

This school has been truly great. The staff are warm and caring and know the kids by name. I have seen many great things for my kids here who have gone here for 4 years. It's a little out of the way from where I live, but it's worth it for my kids.

Lehi is one of the greatest schools I've visited. There are Smartboards in every room. The staff is kind, experienced and knowledgeable. Kids are so diverse. There is a hearing impaired program at the school that gets the whole school involved in a "Singing Hands" choir. If you want your kids to be well rounded and high educated, send them to Lehi.

My child has been a student at Lehi for 2 years now. This last year has been emotionaly traumatizing for my whole family. It was the worst decision I ever made sending her to this school and I regret it everyday.

Lehi was the best school I have ever worked for. The enviroment was amazing.

Posted April 26, 2006

The quality of teachers and staff at Lehi is second to none. I have 'sampled' three other elementary schools in Mesa, and none come close to Lehi. The physical plant is older, leading people to vastly underestimate Lehi. I feel like my daughters are getting a first rate education, and are becoming very well-rounded atending Lehi Elementary.

This is a great school, warm caring staff, excellence in academic areas all around. Students are learning and having fun at the same time. They enjoy coming to school each day.

This school was ok. I came to observe the school and found that the teacher were willing to accomodate the student's need but the attitude was not that friendly. The student seems to be learning and seem to progress academically.

Lehi is a good school, but the teachers and principle need to take more action against kids that bully others, teachers are wonderful and the AR program and excell math are great for advanced kids.

Our children have been attending Lehi Elementary for six years. We have been extremely pleased with the teachers, extracurricular activities, AR program, Excel math, principal and staff.

Both of my children attended Lehi School from kindegarten through 6th grade. I have worked at the school since 1996. I love this school!! The staff is great and has pulled together to make the school academics fantastic. I miss the old days when there was more time for projects and extra studies, literature studies, etc. But that is the price we pay to make our test scores soar. I would recommend Lehi School to anyone and often do!

The teachers at Lehi are excellent. They have worked very hard to pull the school up from underperforming to achieving. They genuinely care about our kids. I have never seen such a dedicated group of teachers.

Half of my children went to Lehi K-6. All have a hard time reading and comprehending. My other children went to MacArthur and don't have any problems. I hope things are better at Lehi now.

I think Lehi staff does a good job, but could use a lot more parental involvement. I think that there are times they could be more diligent about asking for help as well! The school seems pretty good academically.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Arizona used the Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) to test students in reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8 and 10, writing in grades 5, 6, 7, and 10, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 10. AIMS is a standards-based test, which means that it measures how well students have mastered Arizona learning standards. Students must pass the grade 10 AIMS in order to graduate. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed state standards on the test.
