Miami High School

This school desrves more credit than it gets. There are some teachers that really have the students' best interest at heart, but others do not really pay much attention. Some of the programs that are offered now are challenging. Thw new World in Conflict class is a course that focuses on the wars and the events that changed different countries. This course has taught me so much already and the teachers that are involved are well educated in the areas of this course.

This school has its ups and downs when it comes to teachers; some are good, some are bad. And as for the band, wow is all i can say. Although sadly they do get badly neglected and made fun of. I'm currently attending and nobody cares for the band in the least bit. =[ all-in-all its kinda a good school. i like it so far. -gabe valencia

Good school when I went. Band at this school is sorely neglected, but at least the cheerleaders get new uniforms when they need them. Walk in the band room and see a proud history of winning awards every single year even though they don't get near enough support. The only thing that makes up for this is the quality of teachers that are there.

In my opinion, quality begins with each individual Being as well as our own minds'. Therefore, quality shouldn't be rated on a 'four-star rating', but measured by the depth of intelligence therein. -Luv Estevane GHS 1996 *The campus of MHS is well put together. Quite an impressive auditorium, too. The football stadium is gargantuous. School is made from red brick.
