I believe children need more extracurriculum activities like music or dancing.

Tertulia has done an amazing job of creating a true dual language program for their kinder-fourth grade students. Their dedication to their families and their mission is very impressive.

My child is a kindergartener at the primary campus. She is excelling far beyond our expectations. She can understand both Spanish and English, but only speaks English at home. She has learned many songs in Spanish and is improving her Spanish daily. The teachers and administrators are dedicated beyond belief to helping the students excel and one day graduate from college. They offer many parenting classes and community activities. I think it is excellent alternative to the over crowded public schools in the area that do not cater to the Spanish speaking families and a wonderful opportunity for English speaking families to teach their children to be bilingual. I highly recommend it.
