The kindergarten program is great! My son was struggling w/behavior issues and I have to say the teachers, principals, office staff are great on communication and getting a behavioral check list. They go beyond for their students.

Westwimd Primary school has been a school that focuses on student learning. My child has made great progess in the past 3 years of attendance at WWP. My child's day is spent learning, as it should be! Teacher's make the most of every minute of the day. I am proud to day my child is a student of Westwind Primary.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Arizona used the Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) to test students in reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8 and 10, writing in grades 5, 6, 7, and 10, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 10. AIMS is a standards-based test, which means that it measures how well students have mastered Arizona learning standards. Students must pass the grade 10 AIMS in order to graduate. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed state standards on the test.
