This school is a big disappointment to us. I have two kids that attend. They are both falling further and further behind. We are having to pick up the slack at home and pretty much home school our kids. My kids do not want to go to school to face this everyday .. I have spoke to both teachers involved numerous times and have gotten nowhere! I have now scheduled a meeting with the principal, and the school superintendent... I know of several other families that are in the same position as us ... We will be moving from this area by the end of the school year... My kids will not be back! parents please check it out and listen to your kids... 'Out of the mouths of babes the truth is revealied'

'Hands-On' Principal. Teachers here really do care about your child. Discipline and safety are very important here. I would recommend this school to any parent.

This school has some wonderful teachers; however, be aware of who is teaching your child, and if they are meshing well with that teacher

My son has been at this school since it opened and I love it! The teachers are great and the Principal is awesome! Highly recommended school with great accountability! Only negative - No soccer team :(

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Arizona used the Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) to test students in reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8 and 10, writing in grades 5, 6, 7, and 10, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 10. AIMS is a standards-based test, which means that it measures how well students have mastered Arizona learning standards. Students must pass the grade 10 AIMS in order to graduate. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed state standards on the test.
