The children thrive in this environment.

I think this school needs lots of improvements, staff is great but the curriculum is not challenging enough most students that have left this school have been way behind in other schools. And the discipline needs improvement as well

Wonderful School. Many clubs for kids after school. Great friendly staff, excellent teachers with a national curriculum rather than the lower standards Arizona requires. If you want your child to recieve a challenging yet board education this is the school for you! This school is going places.

I am very happy with the Imagine School. My child receives the support needed to be successful in academics and social behaviors. After school tutoring, music, sports, extra curricular clubs, this school has it all.

Great School. Small size allows the child to be known by entire staff and faculty. Tutoring, music, after school sports, and terrific teachers in every class.

The teachers work very well with the students and parents. My child fell behind this past year and didn't understand how to recover. The teacher alerted us on the situation and provided positive ideas to recover. Her dedication to the student was amazing

This is a great school. The teachers and staff always keep me informed. Bad behavior is not toleranted. I love it. And there is a sports program. The other local public middle schools have lost their sports but Imagine Charter continues to have a sports program.

This school is fantastic! I am delighted to finally find a school in the area that has a reading program specifically designed for students with dyslexia. My daughter was a non-reader until she started to receive instruction with this program. The teaching staff is incredible; they are so willing to work with parents. I highly recommend this school.

The school leadership is not what it used to be. The teachers and office staff are great and very knowledgeable, as always. My children love their teachers and are excelling in their studies. I am always informed by the teachers of anything that any of my children are missing or are excelling in. I am very pleased with Imagine Charter School. I have to say however, that the school has taken an unexpected decline in leadership skills since Mr. King left. It's unfortunate that he is not there. The children loved him.

I have mixed opinions on this school. I like the small school environment and the strict uniform standards. The academics are up to par compared to other schools within the district. I did not like the fact that they did not screen the teachers. My child's first years, she excelled and made the principal's list however, last year, her teacher was too strict, changed her curriculum and criticized the class instead of encouraging them. My child has left to another school and her grades are up again. I would recommend this school to any parent, however a brief interview of the teacher is highly recommended.

my granddaughter has been going here since kindergarden, we are so happy with this school. the staff and teachers really care about your student and want them to do well. as far as teachers leaving, well this is a military town and weather here or in the public school we always have teachers coming and going. i brag to anyone i can about the school and the teachers. unlike the public school that may have 2 to 8 vice principals to run one school. mr king is the only one their and he is doing a wonderful job. thank you for being here and please we need a high school.

Chancellor is a wonderful school.

The teachers that have previously worked at this school are outstanding. It is unfortunate, however, that Mr. King, the principal, and other administration does not take care of their teachers. There is a high turn-over rate of staff each and every year due to the lack of respect and support given to the teachers.

I found that chancellor offered a lot of talk and not much action. I am the mother of a gifted child and was told not only will they not offer him help now, they have no intentions of ever offering excellerated classes. Very frustrating!

Chancellor Charter School in Sierra Vista has high parent involvement. The teachers challenge the children in an acedmeic setting as well as teaching them character traits. I would recommend this school to any parents wishing their child the best education along with character development. The school is not large enough to offer sports programs like some of the public schools, but the city of Sierra Vista makes up for what the school can't offer. If anyone ever wants to speak with a teacher, sit in on a class, or just find out general information, the staff at Chancellor is always accomodating. All parents should consider Chancellor in educating their child.

School is run efficiently and I personally like the uniform policy because it is easier than trying to think up what to wear every morning.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Arizona used the Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) to test students in reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8 and 10, writing in grades 5, 6, 7, and 10, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 10. AIMS is a standards-based test, which means that it measures how well students have mastered Arizona learning standards. Students must pass the grade 10 AIMS in order to graduate. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed state standards on the test.
