Apache Middle School

I don't think this school has the best curriculum. The students learning level or skill level here are much lower than schools back east. I also do not agree with the discipline methods of some of the teachers. But, I do see that most of the teachers will work with the parents if problems arise.

My daugheter and son love this school. My daughter and son are in the honors class they said to me that the class is big and that the teacher pays attention to everyone in the class and he doesnt single anyone out! If you really want your child to be ahead send your child to this school. The curriculum is very high and wonderful. Before my kids came here the would get frustrated and hate math and science, But kow they love it and they say they love the friends and how they get to be social with a lot of diffrent cultures. -Barbra Rogers(39)

This school is simply amazing. For the past two years that my daughter has attended Apache middle school, she has had a wonderful experience. Now, going for her third year, both my daughter and I are looking on with high hopes, expecting another great year. I accept nothing but the best for my daughter's education, and both the staff and curriculum have exceeded my expectations.

Best school by far. Even if you arent in the housing limits, you should send your child to this school. This place offers great social stuations, and even greater education. My soon-to-be-an-eight-grader daughter and I love this school.

This School to me is awful!!! My kid went to 7th grade here! the teachers were very rude!!! One of the Teacher always gave my kid dirty looks! The school is very trashy!! once i went to there bathrooms and in the stalls it had very nasty things!!!! Please if you care about your kids education don't send them here!!!

We moved to SV more than 3yrs.ago and I'm glad that my children went to these top rated schools (PDS and Apache MS). My daughter has always been above average to excelling in school. But in Apache, her Math grades went up incredibly --thanks to the teachers, principal and PTO who are doing a good job and for making this a great school. More power! L.S.

I am thrilled to have my child attending Apache Middle School. The teachers and administrators have shown so much patience and respect for my child and our family. They have been friendly and easily assesible to address any concerns I have had.

I have found that the school needs to improve a whole lot. The teacher's have not learned patience,understanding. They have no specialty for special ed. They need to bring in some better qualified teachers and hold them accountable. The system they have does not work. they need to look at each student individually and know each child learns diferently and make learning fun. we are not all circles, there are triangles, rectangles. and students get into trouble because of boredom. the teachers lack respect for there students, and the parents. treat students with respect and care what they have to say. I believe all teachers and staf must be required to take Love & logic classes and yearly classes to get up to date on how to teach w/positiveness and stop the negative remarks.

Its a great atmoshere, with a diversity in students. Great teachers. Great sports. Good campus.
