We are so blessed to be at Grace! This is a school that not only proclaims to be a Christian school, but is actually living it out! They started a new program this year called Grace Gives, and our kids are out serving in the community in many different ways. They are teaching our kids to love and serve others just as Jesus Christ did! What an amazing school!! We are so thankful for the Christ-centered focus at Grace!!

We had a math teacher this year, 2010/2011 that inadequately prepared students for the next grade. 7th grade pre-algebra students need to re-take pre-algebra in 8th grade despite receiving high grades. The principal is aware of this, yet is bringing the math teacher back next year for 6th grade. The principal has admitted to the teacher not teaching kids properly. They have a hard time retaining teachers. Last year's math teacher was fired. This school is small, which is nice, but has a difficult time hiring/keepig quality teachers. Education is not worth the extra money spent out of pocket.

The teachers are awesome, my daughter got so attached to all of them. Everything about the preschool was amazing, for kids and parents, nothing bad at all to say about the school. The preschool directer Shirley Brook is the sweetest lady you will ever meet

School does not entirely follow state standards. Text books are 10-20 yrs old. Curriculum map does not follow a logical flow (esply in math). Resources for students are not available ie., counseling, resource, OT, etc.
Grace Community Christian School is an amazing school, and a wonderful place for children to learn and grow.

I am currently a 7th grade student at Grace. It is a wonderful school. I've gone here ever since I was in kindergarden. The teachers are excellent, and the school campus is gorgeous. Some of the students here have known each other for a very long and a lot of the new students here have been rejected by many of my peers, but overall Grace is a great school.

This school is just in it for the money. They profess Christianity but do not lead by example.

My family has been blessed to have all three of our children attend GCCS. The academics is superb as well as the extra programs that are provided as part of tuition. I would highly recommend GCCS to any parent looking for a school that has a Christian as well as an academic directive, for their child(ren).

Awesome!! Great certified teachers who take the time to teach every child. A school that creates programs the kids ask for (such as bucket drumming amidst traditional music instruction.) A school that evaluates each child every year and provides what they need (ie: speech therapist evaluation and therapy.) A school that makes learning fun, involves the parents, teaches good life skills and has a strong educational program to prepare each child for life. All with Chist in the center. Awesome!!

Grace has been a wonderful school to attend. With our new administer I feel that it can only get better. I can't rate this school with a five star because of the student/teacher ratio. They must do something about the high numbers in the class. Its not 18 as this Greatschools informs. Anyone who is looking for a new school for their child must come and observe. That is the only true way you can tell what environment is best for your child.

I'm a student at Grace and I think its great. I love how the teachers are so nice and helpful. We recently got a new principal and i think hes really helped the school tremendously. I love the way he talks to us. He doesn't talk talk down to us, but when you talk to him you know your opinion matters. However Grace is a fantastic school I have found that theres not to many extracricular programs. We have your basics science, math, geography, literature, but then you also have to take spanish 5-8.We also have a great chapel where every friday we sing songs in a worship center and a paster comes and talks to us but its really fun :) You can also do sports and student councel as well.

I'm really impressed by how great the campass is and looks....how ever I'm extremely disappointed in the library. The library is the smallest one I've ever seen. But other than that I think its great

Grace is a wonderful school . I am a student in 8th grade. Last year (2004-2005) we had electives that included , worship through the fine arts, drama, band, chior, strings, and more! This year we dont have as much as last year but its ok. Right now I am on the softball team and I was the manager of the volleyball team! And the coaches are awesome! They are so understanding . And they will really help your faith grow while enjoying sports. There is alot of parent involvment at grace! It is a very warming atmostphere. And I would totally agree that your child should go to grace! Its soo much fun!

My child has just started kindergarten at Grace Community Christian School and it has been wonderful. Over the past year, I have observed many classrooms at this school and all of the teachers are exceptional. The children are kind, the teachers treat the children with great respect, and many of the teachers have been there for over a decade. The academic program is strong and well rounded. They offer music, art, Bible, Spanish, computers, P.E. all with very qualified teachers who appear to love their work. Parental involvement is very high. Teachers welcome communication from parents and they provide weekly newsletters to parents. I have met countless families whose children have attended Grace for many years and they are all extremely pleased with this school. If you are searching for a very solid Christian school in the East Valley, look no further.

I attend GCCS and i must say that it is an exceptional school. The parent involvment is very well. This 2004-2005 year GCCS has added spanish classes. Which is a good extracurricular activity for high school or collage. GCCS offerse a great sports involvment, which include for the girls: volleyball, softball, and basketball. And for the boys: soccer, basketball, and baseball. This is a very God loving school. If i had a child i would deffinatly send him/her there!!!

I have one child attending GCCS and one that has graduated. If you are looking for a solid bible based education with high acedemic standards in the basic subjects, this is the school. Both my children have always scored above average in the Iowa's as well as their peers. GCCS however does not offer any art or spanish classes. They do offer these subjects after school for an extra fee.

Grace is an exceptional school offering biblical principles, academic knowledge and musical abilities leading to a well-rounded person. Every year my child says he has had the best teacher. And I agree. He is developing life long relationships along with a love for the Lord.
