This was a terrific choice for my daughter. She was able to finish all her high school credits two years early, and they paid 100% including books, for her to go to Chandler/Gilbert Community College until she was of her normal age to graduate HS. She ends up graduating HS on time with her AA degree! THANK YOU Humanities and Science Institute !!!

I wanted to thank the Principal of the School for his personal help in helping my daughter graduate from High School. If it were not for his help my daughter would not have made it. I am forever in debt to you. Thanks so very much. Scott Fyffe

It seems like this school brings out the potential in all of its students. Choosing and being a recent graduate from this school was one of the best decisions I've made. Any questions I had against the material were all answered on a one on one basis. The quality of the curriculum and teachers are amazing! My grades were a definite and positive improvement after attending this school. This school also offers very flexible schedules for their students. Staff is always professional.

About the tests

In 2011-2012 Arizona used the Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) to test students in reading and mathematics in grades 3 through 8 and 10, writing in grades 5, 6, 7, and 10, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 10. AIMS is a standards-based test, which means that it measures how well students have mastered Arizona learning standards. Students must pass the grade 10 AIMS in order to graduate. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed state standards on the test.

For high schools, AIMS results, AYP status and graduation/dropout rates are used. Schools are identified as Excelling, Highly Performing, Performing Plus, Performing, Underperforming, Failing to Meet Academic Standards or Pending.
