Resource/Inclusion -The Elementary Resource Program is a cross categorical program providing academic support for children with a specific category of eligibility which impacts the ability to learn.
SPARK- SPARK is a cross categorical self contained program designed for students with difficulty regulating their behaviors that provides a highly structured environment with a lower student to teacher ratio and utilizes a positive behavior management system.

|English Language Learner program details||
Structured English Immersion (SEI)- The SEI classroom model delivers intensive English language instruction in reading, writing, listening, grammar, speaking, and vocabulary within a two, three or four hour block. Instruction is delivered by an SEI, ELD, or BLE endorsed teacher. The teacher uses the Arizona State English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPs) to guide instruction.

Aguilar School communicates with families in a variety of ways, some of which include: SMS messaging, newsletters, Peachjar (eflyers), ParentVue, Class Dojo, and Remind. Aguilar School supports our district bullying and harassment policies. We fully support PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports) as wells as a a focus on social emotional instruction, using the Second Step program.
