My children excelled because of the great education they received at this school. They were fair and wonderful. IF you are looking for a small school feel with a fantastic environment, this is the school for you.

very disapointed about this school I felt they mistreated my son they didn`t know how to help him and the principal even edviced me to put him in a charter school, they did punished him stayin after school for not doing his work when he really didn`t know how because he couldn`t read and instead helping him they were constantly punished him. to me this is a bad school definetly. I felt they didn`t help the parents to face the problems the resolve the problems punishig the kids. at least is my esperience.

Still lovin' Meyer Elementary! The principal is an excellent communicator and works with both the kids and parents. The teachers are always striving for more for the students. They are regularly attending continuing ed. classes to bring back fresh ways to learn to the classroom. Remember, we are a ch. 1 school and our kids are doing great, that says a lot.

Meyer Elementary is a wonderful school! The principal is great at getting to know who each child is. He makes an effort to greet parents and is often seen walking around campus during lunch, before and after school. He makes almost all PTA meetings so that he can hear parents concerns as well as give input about what the school is doing on a whole. Teachers are very encouraging of parents who want to be involved with their childs education. While there are a number of extracurricular activities they are somewhat limited for Kindergartners an 1st graders, although the PTA holds many events that are appropriate for all grades.

My daughtwe loves Meyer Elementary. The teachers are all wonderful and the principal makes a point of greeting all the parents and respecting all the kids. I wouldn't have my kids going anywhere else.

Most of the staff argues with any parent that tries to be involved with their child. Supervision is limited, and the principal is either hard to reach or his only follow thru is talking he takes no action.

I couldnt be more amazed with my childs development. These educators have made me proud of my choice with this institution. I know when I take my child to school that he will receive this best that Arizona has to offer. It's a shame that they school doesn't have a 6th grade.
