Horrible school. No control over the kids and they have lost not only a few teachers within this school year, but also lost thier principle.

There have been many positive changes to the school, with what there is to work with. The staff is committed to making this a great school. Many changes this year. Stable leadership will hopefully unite the community to pull together to assist us in making this a great school.

I just removed both of my children from this school district last week! Moving here from the midwest I was highly disappointed. The quality of education is lacking! My 7th grader is coloring, while my 4th grader was re-learning things he had in the 2nd grade... I feel for those who are there. It's a blame game if you contact them, transportation horrible, buses either show or don't then you have to hunt for your kids! no funds, needs some serious improvement!

I removed my child from this school. The staff was incompetent, the principal didn't seem to have any clue and the superintendent Mr Greene was useless. Teachers are there to collect a check and babysit. They had no interest in teaching anything. My heart goes out to the students (our community's future). This school district has failed our community and our children. Absolutely no community involvement (on the schools part). The school has not reached out to the community. It is very sad!

Not a great school not even a good school but not a horrible school. The staff has heart and cares for kids.

This school is the worst I have ever seen! I have 3 kids in school here. The teachers follow the principals horrible example. The students are unruly and out of control. Parents desperately try to be active and get no co-operation from the school itself!They do not call or send out notices about what is going on. The curriculum is severly behind.Sadly there are no activities for the students either.I am searching for alternatives and there are none for the area. I would like to see someone else come in and take control.

This school is horrible. My child went there and she was unhappy. I do not recommend your kids to go to this school. One more thing the education is like two years behind do not send your child there.

This is our first year at Union and Hurley Ranch. I have had nothing but problems at these schools with both of my children. The children are out of control, constant discipline problems. I'm looking at other options for my children for 2006-2007.

My child is not the happiest kid at Union Elementary, 5-8. We just moved here and did not know until 2 weeks before school started that school uniforms are required. We are looking into a charter school.
