We have a son who is 8 and is disabled. We have found the best school district for this is Amphi in Tucson. The northwest side of Tucson. The will go above and beyond for your child. They fit you child into the classes that is best for them. My son is currently in a cross cat program. I encourage you to go online and look up these schools. Cross Middle , CDO high , Ironwood High, Wilson middle Elementary Mesa Verde, Donaldson. These are the very best in AZ!! They care and have amazing talented teachers.77021

I do family advocacy in Tucson for families with children who receive special education support, am a practicing SPED teacher and am a University of Arizona professor in the area of special education. These experiences and others allow me to work with multiple school districts. For me, Vail School District and Catalina Foothills School District are hands down the best at working with families and providing the best and most SPED support. 77780
