Alice Byrne deserves 10 stars! This school is a family environment where each child is encouraged daily to succeed their individual goals. The staff and principal value each child and the kids feel important. My children have enjoyed A.B. and are above levels in learning due to the dedicated teachers that LOVE their jobs. Thank You Alice Byrne!!!

My granddaughter attends Alice Byrne School. She has loved every minute of it since Kinder-garten with Mrs. Ferguson, Mrs. Spratt in 2nd grade, Mrs. Moreno in 3rd grade, all the way through to 4th grade! I love hearing and seeing her learn new things every week, and am so proud that she is reading at a 9th grade level! WOW! Her lst and and 4th grade teachers (I can't remember their names) have also been awesome! - they each gave her 'independent reading projects' to work on at home! I am amazed at how she has grown through the years in speed and comprehension in all her subjects and, even more, in self-confidence, which she most definitely has learned in her classes! Way to go, Alice Byrne! (And by the way, the Principal herself is 'way beyond the norm!' She is a 'model' for all other Principals to follow!) Thank you!-You're a gem! 'Grandma Ruby'

Three of our children, and many of our nieces and nephews have attended Alice Byrne. The commitment of the teachers and support staff is very helpful to the students in achieving excellence in academics as well as extra curricular activities. This is an excellent school.

My daughter has attended Alice Byrne since 1st grade. I can't say enough great things about this school. They welcomed us warmly and it has been this way for 4 yrs and my daughter is now going into the 5th grade, and I wish she could just stay. I am a volunteer nearly every day and if they will have me I will continue to volunteer even after my daughter goes to middle school. What an awesome school and staff. Thank you, Joyce Snyder Parent

Two of my children attend Alice Byrne. We requested to transfer to this school because we heard good things about it. The office staff is courteous and learned our kids' names quickly. Mrs. Clark (Kindergarten teacher) has been excellent at communicating with us and has handled our son's education extremely well. Ms. Spratt (2nd grade teacher) has also been very attentive to our daughter's educational needs, ensuring she is challenged. My children love music, art, and especially PE. I love this school and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent principal. Small group of very involved parents. Small community feel. All the teachers know almost every student. Safe, clean environment. Good academics. No after school programs. Mrs. Clark in K is awsome!

Alice Byrne is the 'Best' school! The entire staff there is extremely knowledgeable and knows all the kids by name. It is the last of small schools now days but very close knit. This school really cares about my childrens education. I wouldn't want my kids to go anywhwere but Alice Byrne School.

Alice Byrne is an exceptional school. I have been involved with this school for 4 years now and have two children currently attending. This school has a high level of parental involvement. I volunteer at least one morning a week. I am always made to feel welcome and appreciated. It is obvious that the students are valued, respected, and loved. I don't feel like any students fall through the cracks here-- the teachers continually go beyond the call of duty to meet the students' individual learning needs. It is well-known throughout the community that this is a caring school with exemplary academics. There is an ideal balance of a warm, family environment and an excellent academic curriculum. I am proud that my children attend here. My children love it, too!

This school has become such a disappointment, that I'm getting my kids out of there while their education is not completely lost. Very sad situation.
