Great school, considering the area. I have been through the Arkadelphia Public School system, which is not very good; however, Perritt is (by far) the best of all. I have noticed that the teachers are nicer and the school is cleaner and maintained better than the others. The principal is very nice, and I have so many good memories of this school, unlike Central, Peake, Goza, or AHS. My advice is to allow your child to go to Perritt, maybe Central and Peake also, and then find a better place to educate your child, because Goza Middle School and Arkadelphia High School are not even close to Louisa E. Perritt's Koality (mascot).

The teachers and administration are absolutely wonderful. Academic expectations are only average. The main emphasis seems to be on helping all the kids become average.
