From the front door and first experience with the receptionist Howard is upbeat, and positive. Those kids and their faculty and staff have it together. No one is messing around, education is top priority but student and their adults are treated with encourgment and dignity....Go admin at Howard, its working
I think this school needs to educate their teachers. the experiance I had, they need communication skills,and how to deal with kids with emotional,and social behaviors
This school has many great teachers. Highly militant discipline, which is needed.
