I worked at this school several years ago and it is a wonderful school. No school is perfect. Teachers like Mrs. Smith work very hard to love and teach their children. They put in many hours over what they are paid for and go the extra mile to teach each little person.

This school has a color-coded system for rating the children's behavior, which, I think is working well. However, they also have a 'no-tattling' policy, that is confusing to the children, they are afraid to report bad behavior on behalf of their classmates out of fear that they will be reprimanded. Younger children are confused as to what is appropriate bad behavior. School officials tell them that if their classmate is not hurting you then do not tell. There have been issues with children touching other children inappropriately, and the offended child is afraid to tell this to their teacher or the principal. It causes the children who are apt to be better behaved to be plagued by undue stress. I think that several of the policies enforced at this school need to be reworked.
