When my kids moved to Lead Hill from a very large school in another state, I was concerned, however, they are thriving at Lead Hill. They have a bigger support base and more friends than they did at a huge school. They get more individual attention from the teachers as well. We've been very pleased for the most part.
Its sad to say, but this school creates a atmosphere that promotes bullies! Athletics are very important here. School polices only work if they are enforced on all children, no matter what there name or athletic ability.
This is a great school. Some may not think that it is big enough to be a functionable as other bigger ones but it is great. I've been gointo Lead Hill since kindergarden and they have given the best support to em and all my friends. We all enjoy it here and the basketball teams are something to get into, as well as baseball, and softball, also track and field. My mother is on the P.T.O. committee, she and so many other parents are involved in so many different things supporting the school.
