Dollarway District has the best elementary programs available in Pine Bluff, to me. My entire family has come up in this elementary schools and I really appreciate all of the Staff, for trying to improve the schools every year. The children enjoy coming to school and they enjoy the style of learning. I am a very active Parent Volunteer for this school and I know how productive this school year has been. Thanks again, to the Staff of James Matthew and the Cafeteria.
