I would recommend this school to any parent who wants a QUALITY ENVIRONMENT & education for their child. The teachers at CHE go above and beyond for their students & have extremely high expectations. It looks like the students rise to meet those expectations, as this school consistently has the highest test scores in the district. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY !

College Hill Elementary International Baccalaureate World School - it's a mouthful, but doesn't do this school justice! This school is hands-down the winner of the best elementary school in Texarkana, and probably Arkansas! My daughter loves it there, and the staff is first-class all the way! The education that she is receiving here can't be matched! Way to go on the 2007 National Blue Ribbon School Award!

My son has been with this school since it became the IB school, nearly 4 years ago. There is no other place in Texarkana (either Arkansas or Texas) that I would send my son. He is receiving the most quality education one could hope for their child, and this is evident every single day. The Principal, Marguerite Hillier, has done an outstanding job in achieving the goals for this type of school and continues to expect only the best from the students and staff year after year. She and the staff she employs care about the students more than anything else and donate massive amounts of time and effort into assuring these kids succeed in all aspects of their lives. If you walk down the hall you cannot help but be impressed with the level of excellence these children achieve, not to mention the superior test scores they exhibit every year.

As a very involved parent with my children's education, I couldn't be more proud of the school he attends. I know each and every day that he enters that school he will be receiving top notch instruction as well as treated with total respect from the staff. As you walk the halls of this school you can see in the students eyes they themselves feel good about the school they are attending. The principal, teachers, and staff are doing great things at College Hill IB World School.

My daughter and son go to this school, and I could not ask for more in a school. The quality of education is above average. My daughter has attended other elementary schools in the area, and College Hill tops them all.
