This is a non-public special education school run by a behaviorist and behavior trained staff. They have the refreshing attitude that behavior can be taught and learned without medication. For children who cannot behave appropriately in a public school setting, this is a good option to bring up at your next IEP meeting. The school is very small, and has a wide range of grades in its two classes. The staff are focused on solving the behavior plans, and re-introducing the child into a traditional classroom as soon as possible. Incredible support for that transition is offered-- including site visits, training an aid for the student, etc. It is intended for a very specific type of student, and, in my opinion, it serves these students exceptionally well.
