Teacher effectiveness: Neutral

the teachers here try their best, but it also starts at home and unfortunately not all parents back up the teachers.

Amount of homework: Disagree

the kids have like one page of homework a night. I don't like that. Kids need to have a homework paper for each subject nightly to prepare them for middle school

Develops character: Strongly disagree

there are kids that act up so bad at this school and all the principal does is give them a slap on their hand. nothing substantial is taught at this school. I am truly disappointed

- a
horrible principal and librarian. principal doesn't have the kids' best interest at heart and doesn't work well with staff and parents.

I would rate this school average solely based on the current Principal Heather Ogden. There is a lack of focus on her part in comparison with the prior principal. The school morale has declined based on her continuous down play of important school programs, lack of building up and encouraging best practices from the staff and unprofessionally including personal problems into her position. Education is very important and this school would be much better if there was greater effort shown on her part, or better yet, a change in leadership.

I feel for the most part that the teachers are doing their job in instilling these qualities in the students.

This school careas about all students. Many families here are struggling to make ends meet, but that doesn't stop the students from learning. The school puts a priority on getting kids to read. They have lots of reading teachers who pull the kids out to teacher them in a small group. The principal will meet with parents, and she really gets to know all of the students. They have a great after school program. The food bank donates food for families to take home. I love this school and am glad my children go there.

Fremont is a great school. The principal is very focused on athletics and academics. The students, teachers, and the PTA is great. Go fremont!

This is a wonderful school ! With the best principal in the district. Mr. Larson is kind, helpful to parents and cares about every child at Fremont School. The children at Fremont school are lucky to be at a school with so many great teachers that want to make a difference in kids lives. They have the best office staff, they are always so kind and helpful.
